CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE AVIATION BUSINESS CENTER
- Admission: Rooms shall only be reserved for those companies that are members of the associations that have signed the collaboration agreement with Aeroports de Catalunya.
- Reservation: Reservation of these areas is made via the web pages www.aviationbusinesscenter.cat , www.aerports.cat please reserve the space as soon as possible. Should the reservation be made via the web page if the room is available you shall receive an e-mail confirming the reservation of the room requested.
- Cancelling the reservation: In order to speed up the working of the rooms should it be necessary to cancel a reservation please do so as early as possible so that other companies that may require the room on the same day or at the same time may have access to the same. Cancellation shall be made via e-mail: abc@aeroports.cat or telephone 93 256 23 65
- Services: If any of the services offered in the room are required (wifi, conference call, photocopiers, etc) please request as early as possible so they can be available for when you use the rooms. (No telephone number shall be provided in the meeting rooms, should you need to receive a telephone call it shall have to be made to the reception of Aeroports de Catalunya, which will transfer the call to the room only if advised to do so).
- Other services: Only the services of water, coffees and teas are offered. Any other catering services are the responsibility of each company. Aeroports de Catalunya shall provide the information but will not carry out any steps.
- Insurance: .... furniture, computers, telephones, the aviation company shall be responsible for the same.
- Personal Information: all of the information that Aeroports de Catalunya obtains via this service shall be processed as confidential and no other use shall be made of the same.
- Time-table: the rooms can be reserved within the established time-table, 8.30a.m. to 6.30p.m.
- Aeroports de Catalunya reserves the right to cancel a meeting should it be necessary, giving a minimum of 24 hours notice.
